$5.99 flat rate (worldwide)
During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
United States:
8–15 business days
Canada / UK / Australia:
11–16 business days
Rest of World:
13–18 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.
3. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.
Orders may still be in transit even if updates are delayed.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped on a DDU basis.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Brushmuuda is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure fast processing, requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items
Report within 72 hours with photos, and a replacement will be arranged.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for refund.
